Per my announcement at the last Sunday breakfast, I , Cliff and hopefully a few others will join us on Tuesday, December 3, between 5-8 PM for a traditional event which we used to do in times past at allowed smoking restaurants. Big Rock was a Ron Pruett location with his own cigar locker.

You don't have to smoke to enjoy the company, surroundings, libation selection and tasty food items provided from downstairs. Yes, the place is a little pricey but it's comfortable. We can all recall members who are no longer with us in this eary holiday month event and times past at such places like Genuwine's (now closed at Royal Oak), 221 Merill Street, Volare, etc.

If you vallet park, make sure you greet Stanley, vallet supervisor, who well knew Ron Pruett and who also came to Griffin Claw when we did the Ron Pruett remembrance the night of the power outage at Big Rock.

Hope to see some members there for early holiday good cheer!

    Richard
